YUI

My favorite J-Pop Singer is YUI. Her name is not officially confirmed. She was born in Fukuoka, Japan and grew up in single-parent family. She said that when she was young, she had been fond of Music and thought that she'll become a singer one day.

Before being discovered by Sony Japan Music, she played at various locations in her hometown. She started her career at age of 17 and released her first album months later. Her Genre of Music is Pop. Years later, she became popular in Japan and other surrounding countries.


With her ranking number one in 2011 Count Down TV "Dearest Female Artist" and Music Station "Artist You Most Want to Marry"polls, as well as Radio Television Hong Kong's "Most Popular Japanese Artist".

What I like in her music is her voice and the instrument. Her voice is awesome and cute. She's also good at playing guitar and by combining it, it produces an epic song. :)
